MIM #85 with Meljen's Designs

Hi

Welcome to my new followers!

Here it is, Monday again and the first day back at school for my boys.
We had such a fun two weeks break.Went to the beach, swam in the pool and just kicked back. I have to be honest and say it wasn't just the boys who struggled to get back in the "going to school" routine this morning, lol.

I am excited though that a new Make It Monday linky party starts today.
Last week's link up was HUGE!
It is wonderful to be in the company of so many talented people, and you are such  friendly bunch too,:o).
I gain so much inspiration from you all.

I love being able to feature the variety of cardmaking and scrapbooking styles that I see each week on the Pink Paper Paradise facebook page and I love those off the page projects too.

For this week's linky party I created a card using an image from our sponsor

Image is called Victorian Bird Cage

I have coloured it with Copics and inked around the edges with Stampin' Up! Baja Breeze and Old Olive.
Sentiment is computer generated.

Papers are from My Minds Eye.
Cardstock is Chocolate Chip and Blushing Bride both from Stampin' Up!

Ok, now you've seen what I've been working on this week. Let's see what you've been up to!!

Come on over to Make It Monday and share you latest creation. Or if you haven't found time to get crafty this week but you'd still like to play along how about reviving an old post. No need to create a whole new post just link back to the old one and blow the dust off that creation you were so proud of back then.  Lots of new faces joining us each week that will be seeing it for the first time.

This week we are being sponsored once again by the everfun and cute Meljen Designs Digital Stamps!

Meljen's Designs is a lovely stamp company owned and illustrated by Melissa Jenkins. She illustrates whimsical rubber and digital images inspired by her kids and family. Meljen's Designs has new releases along with a new challenge every Thursday, a Guest Designer each month at the Meljen's Designs Blog, and freebies and promos now and then on our facebook FAN PAGE!  Please visit the Meljen's Designs line of stamps at our store HERE to browse through all of Melissa's lovely designs! You can also see Melissa's rubber stamps at her corner of Whimsy Stamps, too!

Meljen Designs Digital Stamps  are giving away the lovely prize of the winner's choice of 4 single digis!

To be in with a chance to win this fabulous prize all you need to do is leave a comment for another entry in this week's linky party. Be sure to mention you saw them on MIM. The entries you comment on the more chances you have of winning.

Now I would like to share with you an entry that I absolutely loved from last week's link up.

There were so many fabulous entries but this one gave the whole team a good laugh

Thanks for sharing with us

You just have to head on over to Shari's blog to see what it was about this awesome card that gave us such a good giggle.

Thank you for stopping by today, I hope we see you over at Make It Monday this week.

I look forward to seeing what you have creating.

Michelle :o)

Michelle I was wondering what the card would look like after the sneak peek on fb! Very nice - I love your colouring as you know and your balance of void/light and shade is perfect.
